Job Summary
Merchandising Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree responsible for merchandising and processing freight, assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, customer-friendly environment. Duties include managing freight flow, processing receipts/returns of DSD merchandise, stocking merchandise (including frozen & refrigerated), planning and maintaining clip strips and power panels, and coordinating monthly Sales Planners. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a high-energy team setting, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
