Job Summary
Lead a team of associates and manage daily store functions, including opening/closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage DSD merchandise receipt and returns, and oversee freight flow to meet productivity standards. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales-effective items, and implement monthly Sales Planners. Ensure a positive, safe environment while adhering to all policies and safety guidelines. Full-time role in Suwanee, Georgia; requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs and frequent standing/walking.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
