Merchandising Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to merchandise and process freight, manage stockflow, and maintain a clean, safe store. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, protecting assets, following policies and safety guidelines, maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, processing freight/DSD receipts, planning merchandise with Clip Strips and Power Panels, and developing monthly Sales Planners to drive sales. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs in a high-energy, team environment.
