Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by performing opening and closing procedures, processing freight, and managing DSD merchandise receipts. Maintain store cleanliness, restock bathrooms, and ensure sales-effective floor standards while protecting company assets and adhering to safety guidelines. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planners, Clip Strips, and Power Panels, plus handling Pull, Hold, and Destroy directives. Work full-time in Pacifica, CA, with a salary range of $20.50 to $21.25 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
