Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by performing opening and closing procedures, processing freight, and managing DSD merchandise receipts. Maintain sales-effective floor standards through stockroom and sales floor upkeep, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, and restocking frozen and refrigerated items. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planners, Clip Strip management, and Pull/Hold/Destroy directives while ensuring asset security and compliance with safety policies. Work full-time in a high-energy environment, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, to support community value and customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
