Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with merchandising and freight processing, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, and maintaining a clean, safe store. Responsibilities include processing DSD merchandise, managing freight flow, stocking needs (including frozen & refrigerated), ensuring sales-floor effectiveness with clip strips and power panels, and planning monthly Sales Planners. Must have retail/management experience preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and endure frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling in a high-energy team environment.
