Job Summary
Lead store functions and day-to-day activities, including opening and closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining cleanliness across the sales floor and stockroom. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and ensure the sales floor remains sales-effective. Assist the Store Manager with planning Clip Strips, Power Panels, and monthly Sales Planners while fostering a positive environment for customers and associates. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent walking or standing. Full-time role located at 1701 N Larkin Ave, Crest Hill, Illinois, with a salary range of $18.50 to $19.25.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Prior retail and management experience
