Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with store operations, including opening/closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage DSD receipt/returns while ensuring Clip Strips and Power Panels remain sales-effective. Execute Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance directives, plan monthly Sales Planners, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Perform physical duties lifting 30–50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation, in a high-energy retail environment. Full-time position in North Easton, MA, with a salary of $19–$19.75/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
