Merchandising Assistant Manager

Assist Store Manager in leading a dynamic team of associates with a focus on merchandising and processing freight. responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, protecting company assets (including store cash), adhering to policies and safety guidelines, maintaining clean and presentable stockroom and sales floor, executing corporate directives related to store activities, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders, and performing other duties as assigned. In addition, assist with freight flow according to productivity standards, stock merchandise needs (including frozen & refrigerated), manage Clip Strips and Power Panels, and plan/implement monthly Sales Planners. Strong retail and management experience, plus excellent communication and teamwork skills, are preferred.
