Merchandising Assistant Manager

Assist to manage merchandising operations at a Dollar Tree store alongside the Store Manager, leading a dynamic team of associates while focusing on merchandising and processing freight. Responsibilities include assisting with all store functions, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, enforcing policies and safety guidelines, maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, executing corporate directives, ensuring store cleanliness, handling Pull and Hold/Destroy tasks, and supporting freight flow and monthly Sales Planners. Must communicate effectively, engage with customers and leaders in a positive, professional manner, and be capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and performing physical duties typical of a retail setting. This role also supports additional duties as assigned and may involve planning and stocking merchandise as directed.
