Job Summary
Manage store functions and assist the Store Manager with merchandising, freight processing, and order stocking for frozen and refrigerated items. Lead daily operations including opening and closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales-effective floor conditions through restocking and Clip Strip planning. Execute corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests while ensuring cleanliness across the sales floor, stockroom, and bathrooms. Uphold safety guidelines and foster a respectful environment for customers and associates. Full-time role based in Hannibal, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
