Job Summary
Manage store operations by assisting with all day-to-day activities, including opening and closing procedures, protecting assets, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the sales floor and stockroom. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and ensure the sales floor remains sales-effective through Clip Strip and Power Panel planning. Implement monthly Sales Planners and maintain a positive, safe environment while interacting professionally with customers and associates. Full-time position located at 217 North 8th Street, Medford, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
