Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by assisting the Store Manager with opening/closing procedures, protecting company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise needs, and manage DSD receipt/returns while executing Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance directives. Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners, ensure Clip Strips and Power Panels are sales-effective, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms. Uphold safety guidelines and foster a respectful environment for customers and associates. Full-time position in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
