Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by performing opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise including frozen and refrigerated items, and manage receipt and return of DSD stock. Execute corporate directives such as Pull, Hold, and Destroy tasks while planning Clip Strips, Power Panels, and monthly Sales Planners. Ensure store cleanliness, restocking, and a safe environment for customers and associates. Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day activities and other duties as assigned. Full-time position at 2180 W 15th St, Hinesville, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
