Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with store functions, opening/closing procedures, and asset security while maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives, manage DSD merchandise receipt and returns, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels, and implement monthly Sales Planners to keep the sales floor effective. Perform cleaning tasks including bathroom maintenance, floor sweeping, and trash removal. Maintain a positive environment with customers and associates. Full-time role in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
