Job Summary
Lead a team of associates and manage store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process all corporate directives including Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance requests while ensuring cleanliness and restocking bathrooms. Assist the Store Manager with freight flow, ordering merchandise for frozen and refrigerated sections, and planning Clip Strips and Power Panels. Manage receipt and return of DSD merchandise, plan monthly Sales Planners, and ensure the store remains sales-effective. Maintain a safe, respectful environment through professional interactions with customers and leaders. Full-time position located at 762 East Johnson Hwy., Norristown, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
