Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with store functions, opening/closing procedures, and asset security while maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives like Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage DSD merchandise receipt and return, and ensure sales-effective Clip Strips and Power Panels. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, implement monthly Sales Planners, and process freight flow according to productivity standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and general areas, while fostering a positive environment for customers and associates. Full-time role in Arlington Heights, IL, with a salary range of $18.50 to $19.25. Requires prior retail management experience and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
