Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Lead store operations and assist the Store Manager by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance directives while ensuring Clip Strips and Power Panels are sales-effective. Execute monthly Sales Planners, restock frozen and refrigerated items, and maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and associates. Full-time position in Oxford, Ohio; salary range $16.50–$17.25 per hour. Requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication skills, and ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment

- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
