Assist the Store Manager in merchandising and processing freight; manage stockroom and sales floor to company standards; maintain cleanliness and safety; support opening/closing procedures; process DSD merchandise, freight flow, and stock needs; implement monthly Sales Planners and plan Clip Strips/Power Panels to drive sales; communicate effectively with customers and team; demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills; lift 30-50 lbs as needed and work in a high-energy retail environment.
