Merchandising Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager in leading a team to merchandise and process freight, perform opening/closing procedures, protect store assets, and uphold policies and safety standards. Maintain store areas to company standards, handle stockroom and sales floor upkeep, execute corporate directives (pull-and-hold/destroy, task compliance, surveys, etc.), ensure cleanliness and presentation across the store, create a positive, safe, and professional environment for customers, associates, and leaders, and support freight flow, stock needs (including frozen and refrigerated items), and merchandising plans. Plan, merchandise, and maintain clip strips and power panels with sales-effective items; assist with monthly Sales Planners and overall store functions as assigned. Requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties in a high-energy team setting.
