Lead store operations and assist the Store Manager by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives including Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Key Survey requests while managing DSD merchandise receipts and returns. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated goods to meet productivity standards, ensuring the sales floor remains sales-effective with Clip Strips and Power Panels. Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners, maintain cleanliness throughout the store, and foster a positive, safe environment for customers and associates. Full-time role based in Broadview, Illinois, with a salary range of $19.50 to $20.25.
