Job Summary
Merchandising Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations. Responsibilities include aiding with opening/closing, protecting assets, maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, executing corporate directives, ensuring cleanliness and safety, delivering customer- and associate-facing service, and assisting with freight flow, merchandise stocking (including frozen/refrigerated), and planogram/Sales Planner execution. The role requires leadership to guide a team of associates, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs in a high-energy retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
