Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by performing opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives for Pull, Hold, and Destroy tasks while managing freight flow, ordering merchandise, and planning Clip Strips and Power Panels. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planners and DSD merchandise receipt/return to ensure sales-effectiveness. Uphold safety guidelines and foster a positive environment through professional customer and associate interactions. Full-time position in Falcon, Colorado, offering competitive pay between $18.50 and $19.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
