Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with all store functions, including opening and closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards to company requirements. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage DSD merchandise receipt and return, and oversee freight flow in accordance with productivity standards. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels, and implement monthly Sales Planners to ensure the sales floor remains sales-effective. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restock bathrooms, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates. Full-time position at 7015 Ridgmar Meadow Rd, Fort Worth, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
