Job Summary
Lead store operations and assist the Store Manager by managing opening/closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise including frozen items, and execute Pull/Hold/Destroy directives while ensuring Clip Strips and Power Panels remain sales-effective. Plan monthly Sales Planners, manage DSD merchandise returns, and uphold safety guidelines during high-energy shifts. Full-time role located at 1719 Pitkin Rd, Leesville, Louisiana, requiring 30-50 lbs. lifting and physical stamina.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
