Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with all store functions, including opening and closing procedures, protecting company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards to company guidelines. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage receipt and return of DSD merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective through Clip Strip and Power Panel planning. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, implement monthly Sales Planners, and maintain cleanliness by restocking bathrooms, sweeping, and mopping floors. Ensure a positive, safe environment while interacting professionally with customers and associates. Full-time position in Muskegon, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
