Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Lead store operations and merchandising by assisting the Store Manager with opening/closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives including Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance requests while managing DSD merchandise receipt and return. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated items, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels, and implement monthly Sales Planners to ensure sales effectiveness. Perform cleaning duties such as restocking bathrooms, sweeping, and mopping floors to uphold company standards. Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates while adhering to all safety guidelines and policies. Full-time position in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Prior retail and management experience
