Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with merchandising and freight processing, manage freight flow and stock needs (including frozen & refrigerated), maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards, perform opening/closing procedures, protect assets, follow policies and safety guidelines, keep store clean and presentable, provide a positive and respectful customer and team environment, and support execution of monthly Sales Planners; responsibilities include processing DSD receipts, planning merchandise layouts (Clip Strips/Power Panels), and leading store activities with strong communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
