Job Summary
Lead store operations and manage a team of associates by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage DSD merchandise receipts while executing Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance directives. Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety guidelines through restocking, floor maintenance, and bathroom upkeep. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planners and Clip Strip planning to maintain sales effectiveness. Full-time role requiring physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
