Job Summary
Lead a team of associates and manage store functions, including opening and closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective. Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners, maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, and uphold safety guidelines while fostering a respectful environment. Full-time role located at 1351 Main St, Dauphin, Manitoba.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
