Job Summary
As a Merchandising Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree, you will assist the Store Manager in leading store operations, focusing on merchandising and freight processing. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, ensuring store policies and safety guidelines are adhered to, processing the receipt and return of merchandise, managing freight flow, and ordering and stocking merchandise. Key skills required are strong communication, interpersonal, and written abilities, as well as the physical capability to lift and perform various physical tasks. Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
