Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with leading a team of associates and managing all store functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage Pull and Hold/Destroy directives while ensuring the store meets cleanliness and safety guidelines. Plan monthly Sales Planners, maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, and process receipt and return of DSD merchandise. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent walking or standing in a high-energy environment. Full-time position located at 120 - 1097 Nicola Ave., Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
