Job Summary
Lead store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage DSD receipt and returns while executing Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance directives. Plan monthly sales planners, maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, and ensure the store remains clean and presentable. Assist the Store Manager with sales-effective merchandising and daily activities to deliver positive customer experiences. Full-time role in Macon, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
