Job Summary
Lead store operations and assist the Store Manager by performing opening/closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives including Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance requests while managing DSD merchandise receipt and return. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated items, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels, and implement monthly Sales Planners to ensure sales effectiveness. Maintain a positive environment through customer and associate interactions while adhering to all safety policies and cleaning requirements. Full-time role at 499 Canal St., Brattleboro, Vermont, with a salary range of $18 to $18.75 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
