Job Summary
Lead store operations and manage merchandising activities, including processing freight, ordering stock, and maintaining sales-effective Clip Strips and Power Panels. Assist the Store Manager with daily functions such as opening/closing procedures, cleaning restocking, and securing company assets. Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners while ensuring compliance with corporate directives and safety guidelines. Maintain a positive, safe environment through professional interactions with customers and associates. Full-time position in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment

- Master's degree preferred
