Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with all store functions, including opening and closing procedures, protecting company assets, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the sales floor and stockroom. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective by planning Clip Strips and Power Panels. Adhere to safety guidelines and policies while maintaining a positive environment for customers and associates. Perform duties as assigned to support store activities and meet productivity standards. Full-time position located at 3000 Heights Road, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
