Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, secure company assets, and maintain store cleanliness including stockrooms, sales floors, and bathrooms. Process corporate directives such as Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance requests while managing DSD merchandise receipt and returns. Plan and execute monthly sales planners, order frozen and refrigerated stock, and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective through Clip Strip and Power Panel maintenance. Assist the Store Manager with freight flow and merchandise processing to meet productivity standards. Perform duties as assigned in a high-energy team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
