Job Summary
Lead store operations and assist the Store Manager by performing opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and plan monthly sales planners to ensure the store remains sales-effective. Clean bathrooms, restock, and sweep floors while fostering a positive, safe environment for customers and associates. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a high-energy team environment. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
