Job Summary
Lead store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Assist the Store Manager with processing freight flow, ordering merchandise, and managing receipt and return of DSD goods. Execute corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, task compliance, and key surveys while ensuring the store remains clean and sales-effective. Plan and maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, implement monthly sales planners, and foster a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates. Full-time role in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
