Job Summary
Manage store operations and process freight by assisting the Store Manager with opening/closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Execute corporate directives including Pull, Hold/Destroy, and Task Compliance requests while ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and safety guidelines. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated merchandise, manage DSD receipt/returns, and plan monthly sales planners to keep the sales floor effective. Maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, protect company assets, and foster a positive environment through professional interactions with customers and associates. Full-time role in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
