Job Summary
Lead store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives, manage freight flow, order merchandise, and ensure sales effectiveness through Clip Strip and Power Panel planning. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planners, DSD merchandise handling, and inventory tasks while fostering a safe, respectful environment. Full-time position in Avon, Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
