Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to execute merchandising, freight processing, and day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, protecting assets, maintaining stockroom and sales floor to company standards, processing directives (Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests), keeping areas clean and presentable, ensuring a safe, positive, and professional environment for customers and associates, and assisting with freight flow, merchandise needs (including frozen & refrigerated), stock planning, and monthly sales planners. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork in a high-energy retail setting and supports overall store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience preferred
