Job Summary
Lead store functions and day-to-day activities by performing opening and closing procedures, protecting company assets, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests and manage freight flow to order and stock merchandise needs. Assist the Store Manager with merchandising the sales floor, planning Clip Strips and Power Panels, and implementing monthly Sales Planners. Ensure all areas, including the stockroom and bathrooms, meet company standards while fostering a positive environment for customers and associates. Full-time position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
