Job Summary
Lead the Store Manager in managing store functions, including opening/closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process corporate directives, manage DSD merchandise receipt and returns, and oversee freight flow to meet productivity standards. Order and stock frozen and refrigerated items, plan Clip Strips and Power Panels for sales effectiveness, and implement monthly Sales Planners. Ensure a safe, respectful environment through customer and associate interactions while adhering to all safety guidelines and policies. Full-time role in Manistee, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
