Job Summary
Maintain merchandising charts, distribute internal information, and support assortment planning by identifying gaps based on market trends and historical performance. Conduct market research on new launches and color trends, monitor industry resources, and visit retail locations monthly to assess visual merchandising and customer preferences. Track sales performance, analyze data to highlight trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sample logistics and seasonal hand-offs. Assist in creating seasonal merchandising plans, assign colors to styles, and manage seasonal color codes. Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in intimate apparel or a luxury fashion brand
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Process-oriented with a creative and solution-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
