Job Summary
Merchandise & inventory-focused role supporting Elderwear School Uniforms: assist with analyzing sales trends and inventory levels, track production orders, maintain product data, coordinate with mills/factories, and collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure timely customer fulfillment and Back-to-School readiness. Candidate should be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced apparel/merchandising environment; prior experience in apparel, uniforms, or retail is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, planning, inventory management, supply chain, retail, or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
