Job Summary
Coordinate customer contracts by monitoring outbound costs and managing regional pricing brackets and exceptions. Ensure data integrity by reviewing item and vendor attributes, flagging system errors, and validating cost mismatches between internal records and customers. Monitor weekly billings for flyers, bottle deposits, and customized pricing against gross profit budgets, while communicating daily with customers to validate credits and rebills. Support a merchandiser in generating weekly merchandising and marketing plans for the East Coast independent base. Requires basic Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies
- High School Diploma - General Studies
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience
