Merchandising Assistant

Job Summary
Provide support to the Merchandising team for a specific product range, updating databases containing product and supplier information, ensuring efficient administrative flow with sourcing capabilities. Produce the Product Bible for the annual catalogue, coordinate product codes and amendments, manage SAP and supplier databases, align supplier communications, distribute daily reports, and liaise with replenishment, warehouses, customer service, and sales to resolve catalogue product issues. Requires strong Excel/MS Office skills, supplier management, SAP experience, and a background in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Business Administration
- minimum 2 years’ related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- SAP user
- Sourcing experience
- Experience in Products/Merchandising/Sourcing related role with minimum 2 year experience in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products markets
