Job Summary
Lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates within your designated territory; use your own vehicle to travel to and complete in-store merchandising tasks; collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule; manage inventory, execute planograms, build displays, and ensure brand standards are met at store level; mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members; identify challenges and develop solutions to support associates, store management, and brand clients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Proof of current personal Auto Insurance coverage.
- Possess a Smartphone with access to the internet, phone, text, and email.
