Job Summary
Merchandising Area Supervisor responsible for leading and training a team of Merchandising Associates within the territory, traveling to in-store merchandising tasks using a personal vehicle, executing planograms and builds to brand standards, collaborating with project managers and store personnel to complete projects on schedule, maintaining inventory levels, and driving store-level partnership success. Actively mentor the team, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues to uphold growth, collaboration, and excellence across assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of current personal Auto Insurance coverage
- Smartphone with internet access, phone, text, and email
- Duties including lifting 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Independent travel to retail locations without assistance
